Job Status Report: Overview, Job Types & Report Navigation

The Job Status Report provides a comprehensive view of all jobs within the system. The report includes different job types, job data, and powerful filtering & grouping options.

Understanding Job Types (Core Concepts)

The report categorizes jobs into three main types:

1. One-Off Jobs

  • Unscheduled, ad-hoc jobs

  • Submitted by users from JobTrack by picking an ad-hoc service


2. Tickets

  • Preplanned work on a site that is scheduled and assigned to a specific user

  • Can Include: - Special Notes - Required/Suggestion Materials/Equipment

  • Users see tickets in JobTrack and submit jobs for those tickets when work is performed.


3. Scope Jobs

  • Preplanned on a site that is assigned to one or more users without any schedule

  • Can Include: - Special Notes - Required/Suggestion Materials/Equipment

  • Users see Scopes in JobTrack and submit jobs for those scopes when work is performed.


Viewing Job Details (Drill-Down Feature)

Within the Job Status Report, users can click into any section (jobs, tickets, or scope jobs) to view detailed information.

What You Can Access

When selecting “View”, the report expands to show:

  • Service Name

  • Site Name

  • Time & Duration

  • Assigned User

  • Job Status

  • Man Hours

  • Start & End Time

Media (Photos)

  • Photos are available for completed jobs only


Additional Job Insights

When viewing expanded job details, users can also analyze:

  • Duration of work

  • Man hours logged

  • Execution timeline


Grouping Options (Right Panel)

The Job Status Report allows users to group data based on operational structure.

Group By Options

1. By Site

  • Jobs are grouped under individual sites

  • Best for:

    • Site-based operations

    • Property/service tracking


2. By Crew Leader

  • Jobs are grouped under crew leaders

  • Best for:

    • Team-based workflows

    • Supervisory tracking

When to Use What?

  • Site-based assignment → Use Group by Site

  • Crew-led operations → Use Group by Crew Leader

Different organizations use different structures depending on how work is assigned.


Filters & Report Customization

The Job Status Report includes multiple filtering options to refine results.


1. Service Filter

  • Selecting “All Services” includes:

    • All operational services

    • Internal services (e.g., clock-in / clock-out)

2. User Filter

  • Filter jobs by specific users

3. Access Groups

  • Filter based on Access Groups

4. Site Selection

  • Choose:

    • All sites, or

    • Specific sites

Once selected:

➡️ Click Apply to generate the report


How to Use the Report (Quick Flow)

  1. Select date range

  2. Apply filters:

    • Services

    • Users

    • Access Groups

    • Sites

  3. Choose grouping:

    • Site or Crew Leader

  4. Click Apply

  5. Click View / View More to explore job details
