Purpose: View and export site-related images captured during a selected time period
What you can do in Site Image Gallery
With this report, you can:
Select a date range
Choose one or multiple sites
Filter images by Camera Type (source device)
View all matching images in a gallery format
Select images and print/export them (where enabled)
Filters available
At the top of the report you can apply filters to control what you see:
1) Date Range
Choose the timeframe you want to review (example: single day, week, month, custom range).
2) Sites
Select the site(s) you want images for.
This is helpful when you want to pull documentation for a specific property.
3) Camera Type
Camera Type determines where the image came from. Options include:
All
Shows every image source available for the selected sites and date range.Job Pictures
Photos manually uploaded by users while completing a job (typically from the field app / job workflow).Dashcam
Automatically captured images from dashcams installed on vehicles.RWIS
Images captured from RWIS cameras (site-based cameras used for weather/conditions monitoring).
How to run the report
Open Site Image Gallery
Select your Date Range
Select the Site(s) you want
Choose a Camera Type (or keep it on All)
Click Apply
The portal will display all images that match your filters
Viewing & selecting images
Images appear as tiles in a gallery view.
Each image is labeled with details like:
capture time/date
site name
image source (e.g., dashcam)
You can select individual images (checkbox selection) to prepare for printing/export (if enabled in your portal setup).

Use Site Image Gallery when you need:
