  1. Site Jobs Summary Report

  2. Site Jobs Report

Each report serves a different purpose depending on whether you need a high-level estimate or a detailed operational breakdown.

1. Site Jobs Summary Report

What this report is

The Site Jobs Summary Report provides a high-level overview of service activity at a selected site within a specified date range.

It summarizes:

  • Services performed

  • Number of visits

  • Total hours

  • Total man hours

  • Materials used

This report is designed to help users quickly understand the overall effort required to maintain a site.

Primary purpose

The most common use case for this report is:

Estimating or quoting services for new clients

Users can compare an existing site with similar characteristics (size, conditions, service requirements) to:

  • Estimate labor requirements

  • Estimate number of visits
